1/2 C. Sugar
2 C. Sifted flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
3 T. Melted butter
1/2 Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, sugar, and melted butter. Add milk mix in flour and baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Mix all well, stirring only until smooth. Roll out to 1/2" thickness on a board. Cut and fry in Crisco heated to 365 for about 3-5 mins.
