1 3/4 C. Sifted flour
3/4 tsp. Soda
1 1/4 tsp. Cream of tarter
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/3 C. Shortening
2/3 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 C. Mashed bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sifted flour, soda, cream of tarter and salt together. Cream shortening and sugar together. Add eggs and beat well, add mashed banana and mix in flour mixture. Fold into greased pan and Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
