3 eggs
1 C. oil
2 C. sugar
2 C. peeled & grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 C. flour
1 C. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add rest of ingredients, mixing well after each one is added. Add nuts last and mix well. Put into greased 9 X 5 inch loaf pans and bake in pre heated 350 oven for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle of loaf comes out clean.
