1 round steak
1 egg
1 C. milk
1 C. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Slice steak into strips. Mix together ingredients and add strips of steak and let stand in batter at least 1 hour. Deep fry at 375 - 425.
