1 pkg. (16 oz.) baby whole carrots, cooked and drained
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
2 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp. honey
1 cup (8-1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained and juice reserved

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until tender; drain. In a 1 quart saucepan mix brown sugar, salt and cornstarch; gradually add water and reserved pineapple juice. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 7-8 minutes until thin syrup. Next, add margarine and honey and stir to blend. In a greased 1 quart casserole dish combine carrots and pineapple; pour syrup mixture over top and bake in a preheated 350 oven for 30-40 minutes. (Men like it)
