3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. of vanilla
3 c. of quick oats, uncooked
1 c. of flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Combine Crisco, brown sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Drop by rounded tablespoons on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for about 10-12 minutes.
