1 box White Cake Mix
1 1/2 c Water
2 tbl Vegitable Oil
3 Eggs
1 c Bananas (mashed)
1 can Eagle's Brand Sweetened Milk
1/2 c Coconut Milk (not cream of coconut)
1/2 c Whipping Cream
1 container Cool Whip

Directions:

Heat over to 350. Grease bottom of 13x9 pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil, eggs and bananas with electric mixer. Pour into pan and bake 30 - 35 mins until done. Poke top of cake evenly with fork. In large bowl, stir together milk, coconut milk, and whipping cream. Carefully pour evenly over top of cake. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Spread cool whip over cake. Garnish with banana slices and toasted coconut.
