2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 sticks butter (room temperature)
4 tbsp. confectioner's sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Work butter into flour and sugar. Add vanilla and nuts. Mix. Take a small piece of dough and roll between hands (about the size of your index finger). Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in slow oven until browned. When cool, roll in confectioner's sugar.
