12 lg Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
3 Egg Whites
1/2 c Unsweetened Coconut
1/4 c Macadamian Nuts (finely chopped)
1/2 c Flour
3 c Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place shrimp in bowl of lightly salted ice water and cover. Beat eggs until foaming. Combine coconut and macadamian nuts in a bowl. Drain shrimp and dread in flour. Quickly dip in egg whites and toss with coconut/nut mixture. Deep fry at 350 until golden brown.
