12 oz. Can chopped spam
2 C. bisquick
1 T. minced onion
2/3 C. milk
1/4 C. chili sauce
1 egg separated

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Mix spam, onion, and chili sauce, add milk all at once to bisquick. Stir with fork, beat 15 strokes. Roll dough around on board. Knead 10 times. Roll out into a rectangle 12x10". Spread with mixture, roll up and seal. Place sealed side down on foil on a baking sheet. Brush with egg whites and slash tops.
Bake for 25 mins.
Then ready to slice and serve with hot mustard sauce.
