3 Eggs
12 oz Colby Jack Cheese (shredded)
16 oz Broccoli (chopped)
2 1/2 oz Bacon Bits
1 1/2 oz Yellow Onion (chopped)
1 oz Flour (all purpose)
Italian Bread Crumbs (as needed)
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Strain broccoli throughly and chop. Beat eggs with wisk. Place all ingredients except bread crumbs in a plastic container. Stir in eggs and refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat oil in a fryer at 350. Scoope mixture into bread crumbs. Form a ball and coat well. Fry and serve with Honey Mustard.
