2-3 Sirloins (sliced)
1 sm Onion (sliced)
1 sm Green Pepper (sliced)
1 sm Red Pepper (sliced)
1 sm Orange Pepper (sliced)
1 clove Garlic (chopped)
2 tbl Olive Oil
1 tbl Garlic Pepper
1 tbl Garlic Salt
1 envelope Fajita Seasoning
1 tbl water
1 can Refried Beans (La Prefrita)
1 can Spanish Rice (La Prefrita)
Sour Cream
1 c Shredded Cheese
1 c Black Olives (sliced)
1 c Lettuce (shredded)
1 c Tomatoe's (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry steak, onion, peppers, garlic in olive oil until steak is no longer pink. Add Fajita seasoning and water. In a taco salad bowl, layer bottom with beans, rice, and fajita. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, olives, and sour cream.
