5 lb Red Potato's
1 sm Onion (chopped)
1 sm Green Pepper (chopped)
1/2 c Green Olives (chopped)
2 lg Celery Stalks (chopped)
1 c Sweet Gerkins (chopped)
1/2 c Kosher Dill Pickles (chopped)
6 Eggs (boiled)
1 c Helman's Mayonaise
1 tbl Salt
1 tbl Pepper
1 tbl Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potato's until tender. Boil Eggs until done for approximately 10 mins. Cool. Peel potato's and chop. Peel eggs and chopp 4 of them. Slice the remaining two. In a large bowl, mix potato's, onion, green pepper, celery, olives, seet pickles, dill pickles and egg's with mayonaise. Add salt and pepper. Taste to see if anythng needs to be added. Smooth out the top with spoon. Add sliced eggs on top. Sprinkle paprika over top.

Delicious warm. If you use a capful of vinegar in water while boiling potatoe's, it will prevent them from becoming mushy.
