3 c Cornmeal (self rising)
2 eggs
1 c Buttermilk
1/2 c Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
Jalepeno (to taste)
1 tsp Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Coat cast iron skillet and heat at 350. In a bowl, combine, cornmeal, eggs, buttermilk, cheese and jalepeno. Add to hot skillet and spread oil evenly on top. Bake until golden brown. Test with fork for readiness.
