1 whole Beef Brisket
1 c Ketchup
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Vinegar
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Green Pepper (chopped)
1 can Flat Beer
2 c Salsa w/ Jalapeno's
1 Bay Leaf
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Clean off excess fat from whole beef brisket. Set aside. Mix all ingredients in large roaster. Marinade scored meat 1 hr each side. Fire up grill hot enough to brown meat. Brown on BOTH sides and RETURN TO ROASTER. Place covered roaster on grill. Cook slowly until fork slides into meat but still pink. 2-3 hours maybe longer. Remove from roaster and move back to grill for a whiel turning often. Set off grill to cool, enough to handle. Slice thin. Place slices back in roaster juices. Let cook slowly until very tender for another 2-3 hours.
