2-4 Sirloin Steak (cubed)
1 med Green Pepper (chopped)
1 med Onion (chopped)
1 can Delmonte Mexi-Tomato's
1 tbl Adolph's Meat Tenderizer
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tso Pepper
1 tsp Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak with green pepper, onion, and seasonings. Add tomatoe's. Cook slow until the meat is tender. Put spoonfuls in a taco shell and add condiments as desired.

This is also great with Chicken and Pork. Great meal for left overs. If mexican tomatoes are not available, make salsa in its place. I usually make enchiladas at the same time.
