1 lg Chicken Breast (skinless and boneless)
1 tbl Olive Oil
1 tsp Rosemary
1 box Stove Top Dressing
1 c Paresian Cheese
1 c Mozarella Cheese
1 can Delmonte Italian Chopped Tomatoes (stewed)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into chunks. Coat casserole dish with olive oil. Place chicken in bottom of dish and season with rosemary, parmesian cheese, and mozarella cheese. In a seperate bowl, mix stuffing and tomoato's. Spread stuffing mix over top of chicken. Sprinkle some mozarella cheese on top. Bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes until chicken is done.
