1 1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tbl. Flour
1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbl. Butter
Pinch of Salt
1 Rounded Cup of Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add enough milk to mix flour and sugar. Add eggs and beat (not too much). Add rest of milk. Put coconut first in crust, pour mixture over it and spread on butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes then 350 degrees until set.
