2 Sirloin's (cut into strips)
1 sm Onion
1 med Red Pepper, Green Pepper, Yellow Pepper (cut into strips)
1 Celery Stalk
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 c Flour
1/2 c Olive Oil
1 tbl Garlic Salt
1 tbl Garlic Pepper
White Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Sirloin into Strips. Flour, season with garlic salt and pepper and fry in olive oil until brown. Add onion and celery. Cook until onion is tender. Add peppers and tomato sauce. Cook slowly until peppers and celery are tender. Serve over White Rice.
