10 good sized potatoes
8 oz. longhorn cheese
1 small can pimento
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 slice fresh bread
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup melted butter
Milk to moisten (about 1/4 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with skins on. Peel and dice when they are cool. Dice cheese, pimento, onion, and green pepper. Break up bread. Mix all ingredients except milk and put into buttered coasserole dish. Pour on milk to moisten - not too much because it will not cook down. Cover with cornflake crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
