3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 or 9 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients, add shortening, and mix as for pie crust. Add pineapple (juice and all) and rest of ingredients. Mix. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
