3 lb Chuck roast, 4 cups water, 1 dry packet Lipton onion soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional).

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 250. Rub beef with dry soup mix.
Place roast in casserole dish. Add water. Cover and bake for 6 hours. If possible, baking for 8 hours will make a more tender beef. Shred beef with a fork. Optional: Add soup to make a creamier beef.
Serve hot on favorite rolls.
