2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (softened)
1 small can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
2 Tbsp minced onion
1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp seasoned salt
1/4 cup chopped pecans, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except pecans.. Shape into two balls. Roll each ball in pecan pieces. Wrap in Saran wrap individually until ready to use. Refridgerate. Best if made at least one day prior to serving.
