8 oz. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. powder sugar 1 1/2 stick butter
lg Cool whip
2 sm pkg instant pudding
2 1/2c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix the butter flour like pie crust. Press into 9 x13 pan. Bake at 325 12 -15 min or until brown.
Mix: cream chees.powder sugar & 1/2 the cool whip
Mix: pudding with milk until thick. Put cream cheese layer on the crust then pudding layer.Top with remaining cool whip. Chill for several hours then serve.
