3-5 apples,
1 tbsp. flour,
3/4c. sugar mixed with
2 tsp. cinnamon.
1/2 stick butter or margarine,

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar,
1/2 c. flour,
1/2 c. oates,
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice enough apples to almost fill an 8x8" pan. (usually 3-4 apples). Spray bottom of pan with cooking spray. add apples. sprinkle flour, cinnamon & sugar mixture and dot with butter.
Mix the topping ingredients together with your fingers, and sprinkle on top of apples. Bake 350 for 35-40 min. You might want to lay foil on the bottom of your oven to catch any spillage.

I like to use jonathan or gala apples. Whatever is your preference. Double recipie and cook in 9X13" pan.
