3 large sweet potatoes (cooked & mashed)
3/4 c sugar
2 eggs
3/4 stick of softened butter
1/3 c milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping
1 c brown sugar
1 c chopped nuts
1/2 c flour
1/3 c melted buter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except vanilla. Add vanilla Pour into greased 21/2 quart casserole. Mix topping ingredients. Spread over top of mixture. Bake at 350 1 hour.

I got this recipe from a friend that worked at Hecht's and we have had it every Thanksgiving and Christmas since.
