3 eggs
1 c sugar
2 tbps. butter
2 1/4 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbps. vanilla or almond extract
1 1/4 c dry cranberries
3/4 cup almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, then flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and then vanilla. Fold in cranberries and almonds. Divide dough in two and put mounds on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Take out of oven and let rest for 15 minutes. Slice Biscotti and slices back on baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes turn and bake for 13 more minutes.
