8 med Potatoes, cooked & grated 2 C. Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 8 oz Light Sour Cream 1/2 C. Onion, chopped
1 can Healthy Choice Cream 2 C. Corn Flakes, crushed
of Chicken Soup 1/4 C. Butter or margarine
1/4 C. Margarine

Directions:
In large bowl mix grated potatoes, sour cream, chicken soup (right out of can no water added), 1/4 C. margarine, onion and grated cheese. Spread this mixture into a greased 9"x13" pan. Mix crushed corn flakes with the melted margarine and sprinkle this mixture over the potato mixture. Bake at 325 for about 45 min to 1 hour.

These potatoes go great with ham. Left-overs heat great in the oven or the microwave. They can be made with peeled or unpeeled potatoes, your choice.
