12 oz. chocolate chips, 12 oz. butterscotch chips, 18 oz. creamy peanut butter, 1 c. butter or margarine, 2/3 c. evaporated or whole milk, 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant), 1 t. vanilla or maple flavoring, 2 lbs. powdered sugar, 1 lb. dry roasted peanuts.

Alternate: Grandma Bastian uses a large (not instant) pkg. of chocolate pudding rather than the small vanilla pkg.

Melt chips & peanut butter in microwave. Spread half the mixture in a 10X15" ungreased (jelly roll) pan & chill till solid.
Combine butter, milk & pudding. Cook & boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add powdered sugar & when smooth, spread over chilled base.
Add peanuts to remaining chocolate mixture & spread over top. Chill & cut into tiny squares.

These bars taste like bun candy bars. I've had the recipe for years & they used to be Tom McGraw's favorite!
