3 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tsp vanilla

Step 1 - Melt 3 squares unsweetened chocolate in 1 cup oil in microwave.
Step 2 - Beat 3 eggs. Add 2 cups sugar, 1 cup milk, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp vanilla, 2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder. Mix well. Fold in 1 cup chopped nuts.
Step 2 - Bake in 10 X 15 jelly roll pan at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Step 3 - Frosting - 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup margarine. Boil together for 1 min. Add 1/2 cup cho. chips and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Beat until cooled.
