1 lb. hamburger, browned and seasoned to taste
5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. green beans
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pan, boil milk, add garlic, pepper, salt. Stir in cornstarch. Remove from heat. Grease large casserole dish. Layer potoates on bottom, cover with half of sauce, sprinkle with half of cheese. Layer hamburger and beans, potatoes and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 400 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
