2 1/4 cups water
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup molasses
2 envelopes yeast
5 cups flour
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl mix 2 1/4 cups water, 1 cup oatmeal and 1/2 cup molasses. Heat in microwave for 1.20 seconds till warm.
In seperate bowl mix 2 envelopes yeast, 2 cups flour, 2 tsp. salt. Add to microwaved mixture. Now add 3 cups flour and let rise for 1 hour. Divide into 2 round balls, place into greased ovenproof bowls or you can use loaf pans too! Let rise for 1 hour again.
Bake at 350 for 40 mins.
