6 to 8 pork chops
1 1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 quart tomato juice
onion
green pepper
catsup
brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1 - Brown 6-6 pork chops.
Ste 2 - Place 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice in the bottom of a baking pan. Add 1 quart tomato juice to cover. Arrange pork chop on top of rice. On each pork chop, add a slice of onion and green pepper, a squirt of catsup and 1 tsp brown sugar.
Step 3 - Bake in 350 over for approx 1 hour.
