1 C Shortening
2 C Brown Sugar packed
4 Eggs
2 t Baking Soda
1 C Cocoa
1 C Milk
3 C Flour

Filling
1 Egg white
3/4 C Shortening
1 T Vanilla
2 T Milk
2 T Flour
2 C Powdered Sugar
1-2 T Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together shortening and brown sugar,.Add eggs and mix. Add baking soda and cocoa and mix. Add flour and milk and mix.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet with a teaspoon.
Bake at 350 Cook for 8-10 minutes

Filling
Beat the egg white, add all remaining ingredients and mix well.

Put filling between 2 pies and serve
