2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
dried fruit ( apricots, cranberries, raisins etc) or chips ( cinnamon, chocolate )

Mix ingredients together but don't over mix. bake at 425 for 13 mins.
