1 pint vanilla ice cream, thawed
2 cups water
2 packs (4 serving size) raspberry jello
24 oz frozen raspberries (no syrup)
1 large tub cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Refrigerate ice cream for 30 to 40 mins. to soften.
Bring water to a boil in 3 qt. saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in jello until dissolved.
Add berries and stir gently.
Add ice cream into saucepan and stir until most is melted .
Refrigerate 8 hours or so until firm. Top with cool whip and a few raspberries.
