Cake:
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Pour water over oats. Add margarine and sugars. Let cool. Beat and add eggs, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Blend. Pour into greased 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350.

Frosting:
Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well. Allow cake to cool before frosting. Store in refrigerator.
