4 Cups Water
1 Onion Chopped
6 tsp Chicken Boullion or 6 Boullion Cubes
2 Pkg Frozen Bocolli
1 Cube Margarine
1 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk or 3 cups milk
1/2 - 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp Mustard
2 cups grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, onion, Chicken Boullion Cubes and Frozen Brocolli in large saucepan. Cook until tender. Add margarine and let it melt. Add milk, mutard and stir well. Take off stove and add flour. Let thicken. When smooth, add grated cheese. Serve.
