1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 cup tomato sauce
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2- In a large bowl, combine meat, tomato sauce, oats,
egg, onion, salt & pepper. Mix lightly, but thoroughly.
Press into 8X4 inch loaf pan.
3- Bake for 1 hour, or until the meat is no longer pink,
and juices run clear. Drain, and let stand 5 minutes
before serving.
