1 Head Romaine Lettuce
Diced Tomatoes
Kalamata Olives
Pine Nuts
Chick peas
Artichoke hearts
Corn (fresh, canned or frozen - if frozen thaw out)
Grilled chicken slices with pesto (optional)
Gorgonzola cheese
Annie's Naturals Goddess dressing (or Pomodoro's dressing)

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and chop Romaine lettuce. Place in bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients to desired taste and toss with Annie's Naturals Goddess dressing or Pomodoro's dressing.

Serve.
