2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
2 cups herb bread stuffing
2 mediun onions, finely chopped
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

1.Cook and thoroughly drain spinach. Add remaining ingredients. Shape into balls about the size of walnuts. Refrigerate for two hours or more.
2. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. They may be frozen before baking, if desired.
