Fresh Corn
1 Cup Water
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil after placing corn in canner and boil for 2 minutes. Cook well. Cut off cob and place in plastic bags. Pour over this a brine made of water, sugar, and salt.
