1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 cup uncooked rice (precooked)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in melted butter in saucepan until tender. Combine soup, water and Cheez Whiz. Add to saucepan. Heat until cheese melts. Cook rice according to package directions. Combine hot cheese mixture, rice and broccoli. Turn into 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
