Crust- 20 graham crackers-single scant
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
a bit of cinnamon
Line a 8x8x2 pan or a 9 inch spring mold pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes

Center Soften 1 lb cream cheese and beat until smooth with 1/2 cup sugar. Add dash of vanilla. Pour into shell and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

Topping 2 cups sour cream
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix with rubber spatula. Pour gently over rest and sprinkle with slivered almonds. Bake at 350 degrees 10 min. Cool to room temperature. Chill
24 hours.

If you use a springmold pan to bake this, it's best to put a pizza pan or cookie sheet under while it bakes because the springmold pan can leak butter.
