1 head of fresh broccoli (cleaned and chopped)
2 cup raw Minute rice
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup onion chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1 large jar cheese whiz
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery and broccoli in butter. Add with rest of the ingredients .Mix well and pour into a greased 3 quart casserole. Bake in a 375 oven for about 45 minutes. Make half the recipe for smaller family.
