1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1 can Festal or Libby's pumpkin
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar or light brown sugar or 1/2 cup of each
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare a one crust pie shell. Combine eggs, sugar, salt and spices and beat well. Blend in pumpkin. Add milk and beat well. Turn into pastry lined pie pan. Bake in a hot oven, 450 degrees for 10 minutes,then reduce heat and at 350 drgrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Pie is done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
