8 brats
3 medium onions, sliced
2 T oil
1 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 - 12oz. beer
8 hot dog buns, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Brown brats on grill. While they brown, saute onions in oil in large sauce pan. Stir in seeds, salt and beer. Heat to boiling. Add brats; cover and keep sauce pan on side of grill at least 10 minutes.

Serve with buns
