Ingredients:  
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter
1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing
2 T parsley
6 thick pork chops, cut with pockets
2 T shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water; add butter. When melted, add stuffing and parsley; toss with fork until all moistened. Fill pockets of chops with stuffing and secure with toothpicks. Brown on both sides in shortening. Put in baking dish. Stir 1/4 cup water into skillet drippings; pour over chops. Cover.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Uncover and continue baking 15 minutes more or until chops are tender.
