Round Steak - regular cut
Trim meat and cut into serving size pieces
Soy Sauce
Flour
2 T water

Directions:
Directions:
Put into baking dish and marinade in soy sauce, both sides. Cover and let sit overnight.

Dip in flour and brown in crisco. Lay in roaster, add 2 Tablespoons of water and drippings. Cover and bake for 3 hours at 325 degrees.
