1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
2 3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
4 chicken breasts, cooked, cut in bite size pieces
10 oz. mixed frozen vegetables, thawed
1-2 hard boiled eggs (optional)
Pillsbury Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken, save broth. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add flour till smooth, stirring constantly. Gradually add chicken broth over medium heat, until thick and bubbly. Add vegetables and chicken. Put in cassarole dish; top with pastry crust. Bake in 400 oven for 40-50 minutes.
